The conversion incorporates many state of the art and innovative features including Daikin Altherma, which has been unobtrusively installed making use of adjacent outbuildings.

Reason for selecting Daikin Altherma / Space Air
Oil fired and LPG fired central heating boilers had been considered but rejected due to concerns about site disruption, safety, cost and poor efficiency. Space Air was able to produce a simulated design using bespoke Daikin software which showed that a modular multiple Daikin Altherma system would provide the required capacity and maximise efficiency in this larger than average residential application.
